Step one: Use our web site wizard tool to help you sketch out a preliminary plan. The wizard will ask questions to gather basic info and creates an outline for us to start with. It will also provide you with a production cost estimate and development timeline. You will be able to tell if what you want to do is within your budget. You can access the tool here >>

Step two: Once you have a basic idea of what you need, contact us to make arrangments to go over the final details of production.

Step three: When we begin, we require all initial setup fees, registration fees and first annual hosting fees paid. The production cost is due upon site completion. Hosting fees are then billed on an annual basis and are due one month prior to the anniversary date of your web site.

Step four: We begin working on your site, keeping you in the loop by providing you a link to the temporary workspace we upload files for testing. Once everything works, we go live and your site is online

Step five: Our work and commitment to you does not stop there. We continue to monitor your site, and with your approval submit it to directories and search engines. You will be given an access code to our client area on our web site. From here you can see your web site stats and our site promotion guide.

Step six: Updates and changes can be made anytime you need, and are billed on a per page basis. We offer discounts if you have several updates to get done at the same time. We provide free updates if you are just updating the copy of a page, providing you write the new copy and all we need to do is post it on the site.
